HOW IT ALL VEGAN! PatisseRaw began as a simple innovation by raw food
enthusiast Christina Ross and Parisian artist Alex Andre. The
dynamic duo set out to cure their sweet tooth while adding
wholesome ingredients to their body. Since inception in late
2008 the company has managed to grow organically selling to most
health food stores and Whole Foods in and around Los Angeles.
Each delectable cake bite is made in a vegan kitchen and
combines plant based foods in a new and refreshing way. These
gourmet desserts effectively challenge the common misconception
that raw food and decadence don't mix.
Christina and Alex are firm believers that everyone will benefit from
incorporating any aspect of a raw diet in to their lifestyle, partaking
in one of their desserts is an easy step. According to Christina, "I
have experienced firsthand how individuals operate at their optimal
level with a renewed vigor and energy when eating raw foods". What
started as a pure endeavor to bring lush treats to the community has
grown in to a revolutionary journey to inspire others to achieve their
dreams while developing a deeper connection to the environment. The
